JM Series Rotary Screw Compressor with Permanent Magnet Motor
The Guangdong Jufeng range of screw compressors is equipped with a German GU screw compressor head, Japanese NFK heavy-duty bearing, as well as a third generation rotor featuring an asymmetric gear ratio of 4:6. This ensures longevity of more than 120,000 hours. The motor is sourced from well-known brands, with a high efficiency of over 95%. We have also designed the JM series product with a permanent magnet motor and a variable frequency drive that eliminates the need for material discharge and results in zero energy loss. Operating at rated or varied speed, the permanent magnet motor is always more efficient than a commonly-used variable frequency motor for significant energy savings.

For this kind of screw compressor, Jufeng has equipped it with the screw type compressor head from WOLKAIR (Germany), the head of which adopts the third generation 5: 6 asymmetry tooth rotor and SKF (Sweden) high-load bearings with a life of 120 thousand hours. The compressor motor is from well-known motor manufacturer, with the working efficiency to be over 95%. We have introduced the electrical components of the screw compressor generally from Siemens to ensure the reliability and automation of the system.
